We instantly liked Phil and his colleagues and felt they were the best people to sell Mum’s flat (they had previously sold a properly close-by). Even though Mum’s property was probably one of the cheaper ones Phil was selling, we still felt that he and his colleagues had a genuine interest in selling it. It was nice dealing with a small number of people who knew us/the property and they were very organised, helpful and professional. We had a WhatsApp group that the whole team was part of and it meant that any queries were quickly dealt with. I would thoroughly recommend them.
